Company Secretarial Service

To help our clients comply with the legal requirements of the Companies Acts, we offer a Company Secretarial Service that fulfils all of the routine Company administrative procedures. Typically, this would include the following:

• Acting as Company Secretary
• Offering our address as the Registered Office
• Dealing with Share Transfers
• Dealing with appointments and resignations
• Filing the Annual Return
• Filing all the above in a timely manner with Companies House
• Issuing Notices of Annual and other General Meetings
• Maintaining the statutory books of the Company

It is a legal requirement that all Companies which are registered at our premises have their name displayed in an appropriately prominent position.

Lettings & Lettings Management

A small number of our Freeholder Clients also own some or all of the apartments in the Buildings we manage. In this case the apartments are often let to tenants and as such the Client may require a letting agent. We are able to provide this service to existing clients at very favourable rates.

We are also able to offer this service in respect of private rented properties.
